Welcome to the Gites of River Cèze
Discover THARAUX, a picturesque village located between the Cévennes range and the Ardèche country. You’ll love the marvelous panoramic view of the entry into the river Cèze’s gorges and also the sight of the old genuine stone houses built on the terraced slopes along the hillside.
The rural gîtes are situated in a separate part of the old farm and family property, which has been renovated in a pure traditional style, typical for this country.
The river flows about a hundred meters off. Wood paths are just by our front door. The heated swimming- and paddling pool let into the sloping ground of the hills adds spice on hot summer days
The Pont du Gard , Vallon Pont d’Arc, La caverne du Pont d’Arc, Nîmes, Uzès and Avignon are less than an hour’s drive.
